Delivery, returns
and privacy.
These terms apply to orders placed through the Sticks & Giggles website. They do not reduce any rights you have under UK consumer law.
UK delivery
We currently accept website orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only. Delivery costs a flat £5 per order and is shown before you continue to SumUp to pay.
We will send the order to the address entered at checkout. Please check it carefully before paying. We will contact you if there is an unexpected delay and, unless we agree otherwise with you, will deliver within 30 days.
Returns and cancellations
For website orders, you may tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them. Contact info@sticksandgiggles.uk before returning anything so we can provide the return address.
You are responsible for the cost of a change-of-mind return. Please package the item carefully; you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it. We will refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge where the law requires it.
Personalised or made-to-order goods may not have the normal change-of-mind cancellation right. We will make that clear on the product before you order. A handmade or one-off item is not treated as personalised merely because it is unique.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, contact us promptly. Your statutory rights still apply and we will meet any return costs and provide the remedy required by law.
For purchases made in person at a show, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds unless we agree otherwise. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described. We do not offer additional goodwill refunds beyond these legal rights.
Privacy
We collect the minimum information needed to accept and fulfil an online order: your name, email address and UK delivery address. We use it to process the order, post the goods, contact you about the purchase and handle any later query or legal obligation.
SumUp processes the payment on its hosted checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number, security code or other card credentials.
Failed and expired checkout details are erased automatically. After a paid order has been sent, our administrators can permanently erase the customer name, email and delivery address while retaining non-personal transaction records such as the order reference, items, totals and dates for accounting and stock history.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare and its security and hosting services process the technical information needed to serve and protect the website. We do not sell customer information or use checkout details for marketing.
